Operational amplifiers
TSU102 The TSU101, TSU102, and TSU104 operational amplifiers offer an ultra low-power consumption of 580 nA typical and 750 nA maximum per channel when supplied by 1.8 V. Combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5 V to 5.5 V, these features allow the TSU10x series to be efficiently supplied by a coin type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications.  
TSU111 The TSU111, TSU112 and the TSU114 operational amplifiers (op-amp) offer an ultra low-power consumption per channel of 900 nA typical and 1.2 µA maximum when supplied by 3.3 V. Combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5 V to 5.5 V, these features allow the TSU11x to be efficiently supplied by a coin type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications.  
TS883 The open-drain series of nanopower comparator integrates a single version TS880 and a dual version TS883. They feature an ultra low supply current of 250 nA typical per operator with rail-to-rail input capability and open-drain output. The performance of these comparators allows them to be used in a wide range of portable applications. The TS880 and TS883 minimize battery supply leakage and therefore enhance battery lifetime.  
TSX562 The TSX56x, TSX56xA series of operational amplifiers benefit from STMicroelectronics® 16 V CMOS technology to offer state-of-the-art accuracy and performance in the smallest industrial packages. The TSX56x, TSX56xA have pinouts compatible with industrial standards and offer an outstanding speed/power consumption ratio, 900 kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming only 250 µA at 16 V. Such features make the TSX56x, TSX56xA ideal for sensor interfaces and industrial signal conditioning. The wide temperature range and high ESD tolerance ease use in harsh automotive applications.
TSB182 The TSB182 is a very high precision dual operational amplifier ensuring a maximum input offset voltage of 20 µV. It can operate over an extended supply voltage range and features rail-to-rail output.

TSB512 The TSB511, TSB512, TSB514 is a series of 6 MHz bandwidth amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output, which are guaranteed to operate from 2.7 to 36 V single supply as well as from ± 1.35 V to ± 18 V dual supplies.
TSB622 The TSB621, TSB622, TSB624 are general purpose operational amplifiers featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. TSB7191A The TSB7191, TSB7191A, TSB7192 and the TSB7192A 22 MHz bandwidth amplifier feature rail-to-rail input and output, which is guaranteed to operate from +2.7 V to +36 V single supply as well as from ±1.35 V to ±18 V dual supplies.
TSV771IY The TSV771IY is a dual 20 MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifier. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 13 V/µs make the TSV771IY ideal for low-side current measurement. The excellent accuracy provided by maximum input voltage of 200 µV allows amplifying accurately small-amplitude input signal. The TSV771IY can operate from a 2.0 V to 5.5 V single supply and is fully characterized for an output capacitor of 47 pF, for easy usage as an A/D converter input buffer.  
TSV772 The TSV772 is a single, dual and quad 20 MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifiers. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 10.5 V/µs make the TSV771, TSV772 and TSV774 ideal for low-side current measurement.  
TSV7721 The TSV7721, TSV7722 and TSV7723 are single and dual 22 MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifiers. The input offset voltage of 200 µV max. (50 µV typ.) at room temperature, optimized for common-mode close to ground makes the TSV772x ideal for low-side current measurements.  
TSV774 The TSV774 is a single, dual and quad 20 MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifiers. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 10.5 V/µs make the TSV771, TSV772 and TSV774 ideal for low-side current measurement.  
TSV781 The TSV78x is a 30 MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifier. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 20 V/µs make the TSV78x ideal for low-side current measurement.

TSB952 The TSB952 is a high-speed dual operational amplifier featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. It also has an excellent speed/current consumption ratio because it is a 52 MHz gain bandwidth product, consuming less than 3.3 mA per channel at 36 V supply voltage.
TSZ121 The TSZ12x series of high precision operational amplifiers offer very low input offset voltages with virtually zero drift. TSZ121 is the single version, TSZ122 the dual version, and TSZ124 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards.  
TSZ181 The TSZ181, TSZ182 are single and dual operational amplifiers featuring very low offset voltages with virtually zero drift versus temperature changes.

TSZ181H1 The TSZ181H1 is a high-accuracy, low-power op-amp capable of operating at an extended temperature range (-40 to +175°C) and providing 100uV accuracy over the full temperature range with a low power consumption of 1mA at 5V.

STSPIN250 The STSPIN250 is a single brush DC motor driver integrating a low Rds(ON) power stage in a small VFQFPN 3 x 3 mm package. The device is designed to operate in battery-powered scenarios and can be forced in a zero-consumption state allowing a significant increase in battery life.  
STSPIN948 The STSPIN948 is a 4.5 A dual full-bridge driver for brushed DC motors or bipolar stepper motors. The power stage is designed with high dynamic performance, allowing to achieve high frequency PWM control with precise duty-cycle.  
STSPIN958 The STSPIN958 is a 5A full bridge driver for brushed DC motors. The power stage is designed with high dynamic performance, allowing to achieve high frequency PWM control with precise duty-cycle.  
STSPIN220 The STSPIN220 is a stepper motor driver which integrates, in a small VFQFPN 3 x 3 x 1.0 mm package, both control logic and a low RDS (on) power stage. The integrated controller implements PWM current control with fixed OFF time and a microstepping resolution up to 1/256th of a step.  
powerSTEP01 The powerSTEP01 is a system-in-package integrating 8 N-channel 16 mΩ MOSFETs for stepper applications up to 85 V with an SPI programmable controller, providing a full digital control of the motion through a speed profile generation and positioning calculations.

Current sense amplifiers
TSC1641 The TSC1641 is a high precision current, voltage, power, and temperature monitoring analog front-end (AFE). It monitors current into a shunt resistor and load voltage up to 60 V in a synchronized way.  
TSC200 The TSC200 is a high-side current sense amplifier which delivers an analog voltage output. It can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common mode voltages, from -16 to +80 V, whatever the supply voltage is.

TSC2011H The TSC2011H is a precision bidirectional current sense amplifier. It can sense the current thanks to a shunt resistor over a wide range of common mode voltages, from - 20 to + 70 V, whatever the supply voltage is.  
TSC2012 The TSC2012 is a precision bidirectional current sense amplifier. It can sense the current thanks to a shunt resistor over a wide range of common mode voltages, from - 20 to + 70 V, whatever the supply voltage is.
TSC2020 The TSC2020 is a precision bidirectional current sense amplifier. It can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common-mode voltages, from -4 to +100 V, whatever the supply voltage is. It is able to sense very low drop voltages, minimizing measurement error.
TSC2021 The TSC2021 is a precision bidirectional current sense amplifier. It can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common-mode voltages, from -4 to +100 V, whatever the supply voltage is. It is able to sense very low drop voltages, minimizing measurement error.
TSC210 TSC210 is a series of zero-drift current sense amplifiers that can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common mode voltages from -0.3 to +26 V, whatever the supply voltage is.
TSC212 TSC212 is a series of zero-drift current sense amplifiers that can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common mode voltages from -0.3 to +26 V, whatever the supply voltage is.
High-voltage DC-DC
L3751 The 6 V to 75 V wide input voltage range L3751 synchronous buck controller features extreme voltage conversion ratio over switching frequency range (100 kHz - 1 MHz) thanks to 40 nsec minimum conduction time.  
A7987 The A7987 is a step-down monolithic switching regulator that can deliver up to 3 A DC. The adjustable output voltage ranges from 0.8 V to VIN. The wide input voltage range and the almost 100% duty cycle capability meet the fail-safe specifications for automotive systems.  
L7987 The L7987 device is a step-down monolithic switching regulator able to deliver up to 3 A DC. The output voltage adjustability ranges from 0.8 V to VIN. The wide input voltage range and the 100% duty cycle capability meet the fail safe specifications for industrial systems.  
L7987L The L7987L device is a step-down monolithic switching regulator able to deliver up to 2 A DC. The output voltage adjustability ranges from 0.8 V to almost VIN. The embedded switchover feature on the VBIAS pin maximizes the efficiency at light load.  
L7983 The L7983 device is a step-down monolithic switching regulator able to deliver up to 300 mA DC based on peak current mode architecture. The output voltage adjustability ranges from 0.85 V to VIN.  
DC-DC switching converters
A6983 The A6983 is an easy-to-use synchronous monolithic step-down regulator capable of delivering up to 3 A DC to the load. The wide input voltage range makes the device suitable for a broad range of applications.  
A6983I The A6983I is a device specifically designed for isolated buck topology. The primary output voltage can be accurately adjusted, whereas the isolated secondary output is derived by using a given transformer ratio.  
L6982 The L6982 is an easy to use synchronous monolithic step-down regulator capable of delivering up to 2 A DC to the load. The wide input voltage range makes the device suitable for a broad range of applications.  
L6983 The L6983 is an easy to use synchronous monolithic step-down regulator capable of delivering up to 3 A DC to the load. The wide input voltage range makes the device suitable for a broad range of applications.  
L6983I The L6983I is a device specifically designed for isolated buck topology. The primary output voltage can be accurately adjusted, whereas the isolated secondary output is derived by using a given transformer ratio. No optocoupler is required.  
Power management IC (PMIC)
STPMIC1 The STPMIC1 is a fully integrated power management IC designed for products based on high integrated application processor designs requiring low power and high efficiency.  
STPMIC07M STPMIC07M is a power management device designed for consumer applications. It features 4 Buck and 3 LDO regulators which output voltages are fully programmable. Buck regulators are able to maintain high efficiency at both normal and light load. The device communicates with the controller via I2C serial interface.  
STPMIC25 The STPMIC25 is a fully integrated power management IC designed for the STM32MP2x MPU's family applications requiring low power and high efficiency.  
Regulators
LDBL20 The LDBL20 high accuracy voltage regulator provides 200 mA of maximum current from an input voltage ranging from 1.5 V to 5.5 V, with a typical dropout voltage of 200 mV.  
STLQ020 The STLQ020 is a 200 mA low-dropout voltage regulator, able to work with an input voltage ranging from 2 V to 5.5 V. The typical dropout voltage at maximum load is 160 mV.  
LDL40 LDL40 is a high accuracy voltage regulator designed to be directly connected to a car battery in automotive applications or a generic battery used in industrial applications.  
LDQ40 The LDQ40 is a high accuracy voltage regulator, which provides 250 mA of current. It is available in an SOT23 5L, DFN 2x2 6L package, to maximize space saving.

LED drivers
ALED6000 The ALED6000 is a step down monolithic switching regulator designed to source up to 3 A DC current for high power LED driving. The wide input voltage range makes the ALED6000 the ideal choice for automotive systems.  
ALED7709 ALED7709x are automotive-grade (AEC-Q100 Grade1 qualified) LED drivers combining a boost/SEPIC controller and four low-side constant-current sinkers, designed to drive strings of high brightness LEDs.  
ALED8102S The ALED8102S is a monolithic, low voltage, 8 low-side channels LED driver. The ALED8102S guarantees up to 19 V output driving capability allowing users to connect several LEDs in series.  
HVLED101 The HVLED101 is an enhanced peak current mode controller able to control mainly high power factor (HPF) flyback or buck-boost topologies having an output power up to 180 W.  
Comparators
LM2901B The LM2901B consists of four independent low-power voltage comparators designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. It is fully specified at 5 V and 36 V single supply voltage operation, however operation from dual power supplies is also possible.

TS3011 The TS3011 is a single comparator features a high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. Specified for a supply voltage of 2.2 to 5 V, this comparator can operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 125 °C. The TS3011 offers micropower consumption as low as a few hundred microamperes, thus providing an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time.

STEF512SRI The STEF512SRI is an integrated dual electronic fuse, designed to protect circuitry on the output from overcurrent and overvoltage events, in those applications requiring hot swap operation and in-rush current control.  
STELPD01 The STELPD01 is an integrated electronic power switch for power rail protection applications. It is able to precisely detect and react to overcurrent and overvoltage conditions.

VIPERGAN50 The VIPERGAN50 is a high voltage converter, designed for medium power quasi-resonant ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching at switch turn-on) flyback converters, capable to provide an output power up to 50 W in wide range.
