MPS’s isolated gate drivers offer excellent system protection and enable improved isolation robustness and higher power density designs. The products can optimally drive power switching devices with short propagation delays and pulse-width distortion. By utilizing MPS’s proprietary, capacitive-based isolation technology and advanced features, these drivers operate with high efficiency, high power density, and robustness.

  • Propagation Delay 50ns (Typically 20 ns for AEC-Q 100 Version)
