The RA4T1 group is the first ASSP in the RA4 series for motor control. RA4T1 expands the motor ASSP portfolio, especially toward lower pin counts, smaller packages with a more optimized feature set to meet cost requirements. It is based on the 100 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core and features analog and timer functions specifically designed for single motor control, as well as the same motor accelerator TFU (Trigonometric Function Unit) as the RA6T2. RA4T1 is capable of simultaneous sampling of 3-phase currents and floating-point operations required for motor control, enabling vector control of BLDC motors on a single chip.

The RA4T1 Group delivers up to 100 MHz of CPU performance using an Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with a code flash memory ranging from 128 KB to 256 KB, 4 KB of data flash memory, and 40 KB of SRAM. The RA4T1 Group offers a wide set of peripherals, including CANFD, I3C, and ADC.
