AMD Artix 7 FPGAs Power Tree with SERDES based on TDK uPOL Power Modules Solution, saving space without compromising in performance. Some features of the TDK Power Modules are: uPOL Technology includes inductor in a Thermally Enhanced Package providing excellent thermal derating performance. FS1412 and FS1406 provides a quick analog DC-DC Solution for Vout from 0.6V to 1.8V. (Programmable logic devices by AMD were previously known as Xilinx)
