Murata Type 1SC LTE-M wireless module

Murata’s Type 1SC compact, low cost LTE-M module supports cellular LTE-M network protocols. This stand-alone module measures just 11.1mm x 11.4mm x 1.5mm (max), is constructed in a silver resin shielded package and comprises an Altair ALT1250 transceiver with a FEM module and external flash memory. An integrated TCXO that has robust low drift thermal characteristics provides an accurate clock source for the RF transceiver.
