50W to 150W Power applications based on TDK uPOL Power Modules where a FPGA, SoC, ASIC or multi-core ARM processors are used. Some features of the TDK Power Modules are: uPOL Technology includes inductor in a Thermally Enhanced Package providing excellent thermal derating performance. FS1412 and FS1406 provides a quick analog DC-DC Solution for Vout from 0.6V to 1.8V.
