STM32WBA wireless series - Faster time-to-market and higher performance for wireless short-range devices
The STM32WBA MCU series brings designers performance, efficiency, and flexibility. It embeds large memory to support both applications and connectivity activities, offering up to 2 Mbytes of flash and up to 512 Kbytes of RAM. A smart set of peripherals such as ADC, touch sensing, timers, makes this series a self-sufficient wireless application MCU.

The STM32WBA2x is the most affordable STM32 wireless MCU supporting the latest protocols (Bluetooth® LE*, IEEE 802.15.4 communication protocols, Zigbee®, and Thread). It delivers a rich feature set in a compact, energy-efficient design, ideal for cost- and energy-sensitive wireless applications.
The line offers a 64 MHz Arm Cortex®-M33 CPU with TrustZone®, 512 Kbytes of flash memory, 96 Kbytes of RAM, and is available in three packages: 32-pin and 48-pin UFQFPN, and 37-pin WLCSP.
It also provides pin-to-pin compatibility with the STM32WBA55Cx (UFQFPN 48 package) and STM32WBA52Kx & STM32WBA54Kx microcontrollers (UFQFPN 32 package), enabling straightforward product cost optimization across generations.
