Jonathan Harper is Member of Technical Staff within the Analog and Mixed-Signal Group at onsemi. He has over thirty years of experience in marketing and applications roles, working on the market development and definition of power and mixed-signal products.
He has BSc and MEng degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Bath and an MBA from the University of Warwick. He is based in Munich, Germany.

Biography:
Nandor gained a PhD and postdoctoral research experience from Liverpool John Moores University looking into multiphase machines in automotive applications such as integrated on-bord chargers. After spending some time designing AC choppers for grid connected applications Nandor joined Nexperia. He looks at the Nexperia automotive low-voltage system-level competency, recommending products suitable for different applications, and thereby influencing design creation and product roadmaps.

With his 25 years experience in ST, Luigi has a consolidated background in low voltage systems in Automotive and is contributing to set new roadmaps in the arena of Intelligent Power Swithes which are a core market segment for ST. Alfonso Furio is an Automotive Business Development Manager at Monolithic Power Systems with over eight years of experience in the semiconductor industry. A specialist in automotive power management, his background spans ADAS, power distribution, and exterior lighting applications. Alfonso is an ISO 26262 Functional Safety Practitioner and co‑author of a patent for a CAN FD light controller driver. In this webinar, he will discuss MCU‑less power architectures enabling efficient, edge‑node exterior lighting systems.

Artur Biernatowski is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in product management and strategic leadership. He holds an International Diploma in Business Administration from the International Business School, equipping him with a strong foundation in global business practices.
Beginning his career in 2002 at HELLA/FORVIA in the Aftermarket division, he quickly demonstrated expertise in automotive lighting systems. In 2010, he transitioned to the Special Original Equipment (SOE) segment, taking on global product management roles - first for interior lighting and later for exterior rear lighting systems. His strategic vision and leadership led to his appointment as Head of Product Management for Rear Lighting SOE at HELLA/FORVIA, a position he held from 2017 to 2023.
In January 2024, he advanced his career by joining Elmos Semiconductor as Director of the Product Segment Lighting ICs, where he drives innovation and business growth in semiconductor solutions for the automotive lighting sector.

Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in automotive electronics, Arne has a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies and their application in modern vehicle systems. With a degree and PhD in Electrical Engineering, Holger has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive lighting industry. He began his career at Philips Automotive Lighting as a development engineer working on xenon bulbs. He later moved into a marketing role, where he gained early exposure to LED technology. Building on this experience, he transitioned into several technical business development positions, including roles with global responsibility. This has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the entire value chain – from automotive end-user applications to the LED light source and the technologies required to realize them. In his current role, he is also expanding this expertise beyond the automotive sector, connecting new opportunities for LED applications in additional industries.
