FS04 - High Voltage Automotive PMIC for S32N Processors
The NXP FS04 is a high voltage automotive power management IC designed for S32N processors. It integrates a high voltage buck controller, five buck regulators, one low power LDO and a boost regulator to provide efficient multirail power management for automotive applications.
Supporting ASIL B and ASIL D functional safety, the FS04 combines real time diagnostics, fail safe outputs, ABIST and LBIST self-tests and dedicated safety interfaces. The device is AEC Q100 Grade 1 qualified and supports low power operation, high speed I²C communication, advanced thermal protection and flexible OTP configuration.
