Motion surveillance can be used in day-to-day life to detect unsual physical or kinetic movements. It has a wide scope of usage in applications such as residence/home security systems, lighting control systems, physical security systems and fare collection systems. Most smart devices nowadays come with built-in motion detection capabilities. These systems send an alert message when they sense an intruder and they can connect with smartphones, wearables and tablets to notify users in the event of a security breach. The SAME54 high performance micro-controller series features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor and it adds a 10/100 Ethernet MAC and 2 CAN-FD ports targeted.
