AMD Virtex UltraScale+ Power Tree based on onsemi Solution
The AMD Virtex UltraScale+ power solution is a general-purpose power tree for the Virtex UltraScale+ series of FPGAs using onsemi's key power devices. It is targeted for very high-performance applications in computing, storage and networking. The Virtex UltraScale+ features AMD's highest on-chip memory density, with total on-chip integrated memory up to 500Mb, and high-bandwidth memory (HBM) up to 8GB. The device also provides registered inter-die routing lines enabling 600 MHz operation, with abundant and flexible clocking to deliver a virtual monolithic design experience.
