TE Connectivity announces LUMAWISE Endurance bridge

  • Seamless integration of control devices into luminaires without compromising aesthetics
  • Applicable to a wide range of heritage and decorative luminaires worldwide
  • Flexible design options for various pole sizes, wall thicknesses, and customized outer skins

TE Connectivity's product designed to bridge the connectivity between remotely mounted sensors or control devices and a luminaire. The LUMAWISE Endurance bridge extends the relevance of the Zhaga-D4i ecosystem beyond the form factor of a cobra head luminaire. It is a pole mounted housing that is both functional and aesthetically fitting for modern and historic luminaires. LUMAWISE Endurance bridge will fit into the Zhaga-D4i or ANSI ecosystems and will allow control devices to be mounted remotely, by extending control and power lines beyond the luminaire.

Features

  • Enables control devices to be integrated into luminaires without compromising aesthetic appearance
  • Inbuilt surge protection helps safeguard control devices from induced signal‑line surges
  • Supports retrofitting of control systems to existing LED luminaires
  • Available in pole‑mounted and wall‑mounted adaptor configurations for flexible installation

Applications

  • Heritage and decorative luminaires
  • High mast lighting
  • Urban lighting systems
