Part of our HIVONEX connector portfolio for high voltage E-mobility, TE Connectivity’s charging inlets, built specifically for industrial and commercial vehicles, are the right choice for fast and secure charging. High-power charging inlets are designed to support higher power charging up to 500A continuously to reduce downtime and maximize productivity in vehicles and equipment that operate in harsh environments and have longer lifetimes.
These new inlets are capable of up to 500A DC continuous charging at 1000V and optional AC charging up to 80A (1-phase) for CCS1 and 63A (3-phase) for CCS2.
Just like the rest of our HIVONEX charging inlet portfolio, these products are modular, allowing you to customize the product to your specific requirements, including choice of 95mm2 or 120mm2 DC cable, optional protective flaps or dust caps to help keep out dust and moisture, and an LED charging indicator option.
Rugged box-mount design for simplified architecture and high-power charging.
The box-mount architecture of these new inlets simplifies system design while helps to ensure ruggedness and reliability. Key features include simplified assembly with direct busbar connection, rugged performance for harsh environments, high-power capability, and multiple AC charging options.
