KYOCERA AVX 9155-900 series 2.5mm-pitch vertical-mate connector

KYOCERA AVX has been manufacturing battery connectors for over 25 years and offers the widest standard range. The 2.5mm pitch, vertical mate 9155-900 series is the latest edition of battery connectors KYOCERA AVX is introducing to the market that could eliminate end-user damage when inserting pluggable modules or packs into a base unit.

Traditional right-angle connectors have contact geometries that rely on the pack being inserted at an angle and then rotated down into position. The unique contact design of the 9155-900 Series deflects cleanly and easily when a module or battery pack is pushed vertically into position, eliminating any damage to the end user.

The 9155-900 Series is rated for up to 5,000 mating cycles and has a contact nose with an anti-snag feature to protect during deflection.
