Bourns CSS4C-1216 series resistance and tolerance options

Bourns expands the CSS4C-1216 series automotive grade current sense resistors with new resistance values and tolerance options, including a ±3 % tolerance. This product extension provides additional design flexibility for high-current applications such as battery management systems, power modules, and industrial electronics. The series features an EB welded metal strip design, low inductance (< 2 nH), and a four-terminal Kelvin configuration for accurate current measurement. The series offers power ratings up to 5W, with resistance values from 0.2 mΩ to 3 mΩ and TCR performance as low as ±50 ppm/°C.
