Bourns CRT-TN series TaN thin film chip resistors

The Bourns® CRT-TN series TaN series thin film precision chip resistors use tantalum nitride (TaN) thin-film technology for precision and long-term stability in demanding environments. The CRT-TN series features tolerances as tight as ±0.05 %, temperature coefficients as low as ±10ppm/°C, and robust resistance to sulfur contamination and humidity. The series is available in 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206 package sizes.
