Bourns CDSOD323-TxxC-Q series automotive-grade TVS diode

The Bourns® CDSOD323-TxxC-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode series delivers bidirectional ESD and surge protection for signal lines in automotive applications. Housed in a compact JEDEC SOD-323 package, each device protects one line or one I/O port with ESD protection up to 30kV (per IEC 61000-4-2) and a typical capacitance of ~3pF.
