Bourns CDSOD323-T24LC-Q series automotive grade transient diode

The model CDSOD323-T24LC-Q is an automotive grade, bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode in a compact SOD-323 package designed to provide ESD and surge protection for automotive and industrial signal line applications. This model features ultra-low typical capacitance of 1pF, supports a working peak voltage of 24V, and is AEC-Q101 compliant for automotive applications.
