Bourns CDDFN2-T3V3SC and CDDFN2-T5V0SC series TVS diodes

The Bourns® model CDDFN2-T3V3SC and CDDFN2-T5V0SC transient voltage suppressor diodes provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for external ports of electronic devices such as cellular phones, handheld electronics, and other portable electronic devices. These DFN-2 (0402) packaged devices have nominal dimensions of 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.5mm and are intended to be mounted directly onto a printed circuit board. The devices are designed to meet IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) protection requirements.
