The VQA1B-S series is a 1W 7-pin SIP isolated DC-DC converter designed for IGBT and SiC driver applications. Featuring dual regulated outputs, high CMTI, and 7000 Vdc isolation, these DC-DC converters are ideally suited to provide a fully isolated gate drive for wind turbine and solar panel applications.
