TDK announces CeraLink™ SMD capacitor

TDK CeraLink™ SMD capacitor is designed for fast-switching semiconductors and optimized for high frequencies up to several MHz. This capacitor offers a high ripple current capability, high-temperature robustness, low power loss, low dielectric absorption, and high capacitance density. The CeraLink SMD capacitor is optimized for high frequencies up to several MHz and features minimized dielectric loss at high temperatures. This capacitor utilizes multilayer technology with lead lanthanum zirconium titanate (PLZT) ceramic, copper inner electrodes, and nickel (CuNiSn) barrier termination. TDK CeraLink SMD capacitor AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compatible. Applications include power converters and inverters and DC link/snubber capacitors for power converters and inverters.
