Electronic Fuel Injection based on Nexperia Solution
Generic reference design for electronic fuel injection. Features N-channel MOSFETs for switch activation that provides greater high-current transient robustness, allowing better choice in cylinder usage. It also has a Schottky rectifier for freewheel and inductive load protection. It uses 100V ultra-low leakage Schottky technology to help prevent thermal runaway. The primary application is to help ensure the most efficient fuel-air mixture within diesel and gasoline engines, regardless of vehicle operating conditions.
