AMD Virtex UltraScale (VU065-VU200) Power Tree based on onsemi Solution

The AMD Virtex UltraScale (VU065-VU200) power solution is a general-purpose power tree for the Virtex UltraScale+ series of FPGAs using onsemi's key power devices. It is targeted for very high-performance applications in computing, storage and networking. It features AMD's highest on-chip memory density, with total on-chip integrated memory up to 500Mb, and high-bandwidth memory (HBM) up to 8GB. The device also provides registered inter-die routing lines enabling 600 MHz operation, with abundant and flexible clocking to deliver a virtual monolithic design experience. As the industry's most capable FPGA family, the devices are ideal for compute-intensive applications ranging from 1+Tb/s networking, machine learning, to radar/early-warning systems.
