RA8T2

RA8T2 is the high-end motor control MCU in RA family. This product expands the portfolio of MCUs for motor control and is primarily intended for industrial applications where high-control precision is required.

 
 

The RRQ61051 is a Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) combo module built on the RA6W1 MCU featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor. It includes a dual-band 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax Wi-Fi subsystem, on-chip memory, flexible peripheral interfaces, and advanced power management capabilities. The module integrates 8MB of Flash, a 40MHz crystal, RF matching components, and offers three antenna options for design flexibility. This module offers a standalone, single-chip solution that supports complex, low-power IoT applications requiring both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE connectivity. Extremely low-power operation is achieved by dynamically disabling unused elements of the MCU, allowing near-zero power consumption when the device is not actively transmitting or receiving data.
