BK22 series

Mixed Media

BK22 series, 0.4 mm pitch, fully qrmored, supports up to 15A, power and signal hybrid FPC-to-board connector.

The BK22 has a compact design due to its 0.4 mm pitch and low 0.7 mm stacking height when mated. Due to the contact's high power supply capability, the FPC-to-Board connectors have been designed to save mounting space. The power contacts can support 15 A per position, while the signal contacts can support 0.3 A. This combination minimizes the connector size.

The robust design with fully armored metal housing prevents damage if misalignment occurs during mating. Furthermore, BK22 provides an easy mating operation with a wide self-alignment range, a pitch direction of ±0.47 mm and ±0.3 mm in width direction. The unique locking contact design generates a clear tactile click that confirms a secure engagement and a reliable connection.

Along with these characteristics, the BK22 series is designed with minimized contact resistance, contributing to power savings. The multi-point dimpled contact design, with 6-point power and 2-point signal contact, supports high contact reliability for a stable connection.
