The YAGEO Group SMA/SMB/SMC series TVS diodes are designed for clamping-type overvoltage protection in automotive applications such as ADAS, DCDC converters, BMS, and OBC systems. These diodes provide robust DC surge protection compliant with the IEC61000-4-5 standard, ensuring reliable suppression of voltage transients induced by lightning and other surge events. Featuring very fast response speeds, they effectively safeguard sensitive electronic equipment from transient overvoltages. The series offers low dynamic resistance, excellent clamping capability, and high reliability, making it ideal for low-speed data transmission lines and DC power lines. With a wide working voltage range from 5V to 600V and peak pulse power ratings up to 30,000W, the SMA/SMB/SMC TVS diodes deliver superior protection performance in demanding automotive environments.
