High robustness under high humidity
The MKP1848Se is designed to withstand harsh ambient conditions of heat and humidity, while maintaining stable electrical parameters across life time, as demonstrated while tested under 60°C, 93% relative humidity for 56days (1344hours) biased at rated DC-Voltage.
Automotive grade
Fully compliant with Revision D of AEC-Q200, the MKP1848Se is qualified for automotive use from -40°C up to +105°C offering a broad range of capacitance and rated DC voltages.
