TE Connectivity VOLINSU tubing (EVFX) heat shrink

EVFX delivers improved installation efficiency over traditional electrical tape. It is designed as a more robust alternative to tape for securing corrugated tubes over cables. It offers superior long-term performance in demanding applications within electric vehicles (EV) and Hybrid vehicles.

The VOLINSU Tubing EVFX heat shrink has been designed as a more robust alternative to electrical tape for securing corrugated tubes over cables. It is based on a halogen-free material with excellent mechanical properties, offering the benefits of a heat shrink tube such as faster application time, superior mechanical protection and an orange color for easy identification of high voltage assemblies. EVFX tubing can be installed using conventional application equipment such as a hot air gun or air circulation oven. The product has a low shrink temperature, so no excessive heating is required. EVFX tubing can be used in applications up to 125°C (257°F)
