TE Connectivity VAL-U-LOK PLUS connectors

VAL-U-LOK PLUS connectors deliver secure power connections while supporting simpler sourcing and assembly processes. These connectors come with the reliability of terminal position assurance (TPA) devices, without adding more part numbers to your design. Assembly with VAL-U-LOK PLUS connectors is easy, as they feature an embedded TPA that does not require an insertion step, as well as a robust anti-snag latch that prevents wire entanglement. The VAL-U-LOK PLUS connectors are designed to mate with existing VAL-U-LOK products and similar 4.20mm pitch connectors.

• 4.20mm centerline housing accepting from 26AWAG to 18AWG wires
• One size fits all integrated terminal position assurance (TPA) device
• Standard or high conductivity terminals for maximum current ratings of 9A or 11A
• Single and dual row versions available from 2 to 6 position (3,4,5 single row; 2,4,6 dual row)
• Available for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board and wire-to-panel systems
• Retro-fit with existing VAL-U-LOK products, as well as similar 4.20mm pitch connectors in the market
• Robust single latch with anti-snagging feature to prevent wire entanglement
• Meets UL94V-0 and IEC 60335-1 glow wire test (GWT) flammability standards
