TE Connectivity Unmanned Power Connectors (UMP)

TE Connectivity’s (TE) unmanned power connectors (UMP) are a family of power or mixed signal and power connectors that were designed to help provide a reliable contact interface that safely delivers power or power or signal to various parts of unmanned vehicles. These connectors can be used in other applications where high power in a small form factor is desired. They can be sealed in wire to wire format for added environmental protection. 

Features

• 8AWG to 14AWG power or 22AWG to 24AWG signal
• 2 and 3 position wire-to-wire and wire-to- board configurations in power only
• Mixed signal and power available in 3positions (2power, 1bank of 8signal contacts)
• Pigtails available in 1 foot lengths use high grade flexible silicone wire rated at 200°C and 600V (other wire options available)
• Removable, replaceable or repairable contacts
• All connectors have contact locks to maintain contact alignment
• Latching optional
• Up to 500 mating cycles
• 80AMPS per contact continuous (power pins)
• 4AMPS per contact continuous (signal pins)
