TE Connectivity SNA and FNA series
TE Connectivity announces EMI shielding connector gaskets and jam nut seals in SNA and FNA materials
- High-performance EMI shielding, material tested up to 40GHz
- Excellent corrosion performance with aluminum metalwork
TE Connectivity’s fluorosilicone nickel aluminum (FNA) and silicone nickel aluminum (SNA) connector gaskets and jam nut seals, are essential to address radio frequency interference/electromagnetic interference (RFI/EMI) shielding challenges. These products are designed to meet demanding standards for mitigating electromagnetic interference in a variety of applications. These materials use a nickel-plated aluminum conductive filler delivering high shielding performance and offer excellent corrosion performance with aluminum metalwork. The FNA option also provides resistance to fuels and oils. The FNA and SNA gaskets, and robust jam nut seals, ensure a reliable seal and superior electromagnetic compatibility. Manufactured to precise specifications, these components are essential for helping maintain the integrity and performance of sophisticated electronic systems.
