TE Connectivity PowerTube Connector Series
TE Connectivity’s (TE) PowerTube connector series is the right choice for high power applications in hybrid and electric industrial and commercial vehicles. The newest addition to our ever-growing HIVONEX connectors and charging solutions, the PowerTube connector series is built to handle large electrical loads (up to 580A continuous current and 1000V) and multiple wire sizes between from 35mm² to 150mm². These modular and scalable connectors are manufactured to adapt to your designs and hold up to intense environmental demands.

- Perform in harsh environments with IP6K9K rating and ISO 16750-3 profile vibration performance
- Additional connection security provided by Connector Position Assurance (CPA) and High Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) for each pin
- Circular 360° shielding provides excellent EMI protection
- Cube-shaped bus bar enables multiple screw orientations for easier tool access
- Both 180° and 90° headers use the same size interface on the aggregate
