TE Connectivity (TE)’s 1.25 and 1.5 signal GRACE INERTIA connectors are designed for reliable surface mount technology (SMT) assembly of miniaturized PCB designs. They feature a standard inertia locking mechanism helping to prevent connector half-mating with audible confirmation. These connectors save PCB space with their miniature 1.25mm and 1.5mm pitch, along with a low-profile right-angle header (5mm). The SMT header supports automated pick-and-place processes, helping to increase efficiency. Poka-yoke design with keying and color helps to reduce assembly errors. Multiple configurations including vertical and right angle (R/A) header, single and dual row, optional TPA provide design versatility for a wide range of applications, such as home appliance, HVAC, intelligent building and machinery.
