Panasonic HE series 1-Form-A DIP5 high voltage PhotoMOS relays

The new high voltage PhotoMOS relay with 1500V switching voltage in DIP5 package is optimised for usage in industrial battery monitoring system (BMS). DIP5 package offers 5kV I/O isolation and an increased clearance and creepage distance on output side.

Typical application is switching HV to LV in battery systems to check proper isolation. Further PhotoMOS technology contributes to the system by highest reliability and low power consumption compared to other technologies.
