Panasonic line extension: ETQP automotive grade power choke coils

Panasonic’s ETQP series automotive grade power choke coils use a metal composite core to provide high heat resistance and high reliability. This line extension features three models, the ETQP4M6R8KFN, ETQP5M2R0YSC, and ETQP6M150KLC, which expand the range’s inductance, DCR and rated current options.

 

Features

ETQP6M150KLC series

  • High heat resistance: Operation up to +150°C including self-heating
  • High-reliability: High vibration resistance as result of newly developed integral construction; under severe reliability conditions of automotive and other strenuous applications
  • High bias current: Excellent inductance stability using ferrous alloy magnetic material
  • Temp. stability: Excellent inductance stability over broad temp. range
  • Low audible (buzz) noise: A gapless structure achieved with metal composite core
  • High efficiency: Low DC resistance of winding and low eddy-current loss of the core
  • Shielded construction
  • AEC-Q200 compliant RoHS compliant


ETQP5M2R0YSC series

  • The vibration-resistant structure achieves a vibration acceleration-resistance of 50G or higher in +150°C environments
  • Reduce core loss in high frequency band (more than 2MHz)
  • High heat resistance: Operation up to +150°C including self-heating
  • SMD type
  • High-reliability: High vibration resistance as result of newly developed integral construction; under severe reliability conditions of automotive and other strenuous applications
  • High bias current: Excellent inductance stability using ferrous alloy magnetic material
  • Temp. stability: Excellent inductance stability over broad temp. range
  • Low audible (buzz) noise: Agapless structure achieved with metal composite core
  • High efficiency: Low DC resistance of winding and low eddy-current loss of the core
  • Shielded construction
  • AEC-Q200 compliant
  • RoHS compliant


ETQP4M6R8KFN series

  • Low loss (low DC resistance)
  • High heat resistance: Operation up to +150°C including self-heating
  • SMD type
