Panasonic Industry AQV209G(A)X high capacity photoMOS relays

Panasonic Industry has launched a series of HF 1 Form A high capacity photoMOS relays. AQV209G(A)X relays feature a load voltage of 1,200 V (peak AC), On resistance of 1Ohms and a 0.75 A continuous load current in a DIP 6pin/1 Form A package.
