OMRON G3VM series MOSFET relays

OMRON has introduced two new models to its G3VM series of MOSFET relays. They are SOP4 pin, 1a/SPST-NO super general purpose relays, and are available with load voltages of 60V and 350V.

• Available under high temperature condition 110℃
• High Dielectric strength 3,750Vrms (between I/O)
• Special SOP4-pin , 1a
• Halogen-free, Comply with JEDEC(Reflow Profile)
• Tube and T&R available. T&R, both 500 pcs(TR05) and 3,000 pcs(TR) per reel available
