OMRON G3VM-61VY3 and G3VM-61VR series MOSFET relays

OMRON G3VM-61VY3 and G3VM-61VR series of MOSFET relays replace the G3VM-61G1 and G3VM-61GR1 respectively. The G3VM-61VY3 has a continuous load current of 700mA and a maximum resistance with output ON of 0.15Ω. The G3VM-61VR can withstand temperatures up to +110°C and has a high dielectric strength of 3,750Vrms (between I/O).
