OMRON G3VM-31QVH/31QVL/61QV2H/61QV2L/61QVH MOSFET relays

OMRON has extended its G3VM range of MOSFET relays with six S-VSON(L) voltage driven type models. Featuring a built-in current limiting resistor, these relays allow for simplified, space saving board layouts, and are ideal for applications that require high density mounting. Available in a variety of operating voltages, the new models are ideal for device power supplies and test signal switching equipment.
