Murata Type 2BP UWB module is the world smallest module (6.6mm × 5.8mm × 1.2mm) with integrated NXP UWB IC SR150 and peripheral components (RF Switch, Clock, Filters).

Ideally suited for general IoT devices including battery-operated devices.
