Molex provides advanced busbar solutions to optimize power distribution and streamline manufacturing processes, leveraging decades of experience at its Monee, IL, and Kunshan, China facilities. Molex offers three types of busbars:

Rigid Busbars: Deliver high power efficiently and are available in copper or aluminum, with features like complex forming, plating options (Tin, Nickel, Silver), powder coat insulation, and brazing/welding capabilities.

Flexible Busbars: Feature braided cables for flexibility, ideal for industrial applications like grounding and EMI elimination. Available in round and flat braid designs with rugged compressed terminals.

Laminated Busbars: Consist of conductor layers separated by heat-activated insulation for improved heat dissipation, low impedance, and varied plating and insulation options.
