KYOCERA AVX 9258-100 series compression contacts

KYOCERA AVX expands its product offering with the new 9258-100 series spring finger board-to-board compression contact that reduces size and cost without compromising performance. This new low profile compression contact from KYOCERA AVX is surface mounted to a PCB and provides a reliable compression connection to the mating board even under extreme shock (50G) and vibration (2.7G random) applications. With over 30 years of experience in 1-piece compression contacts, this innovative contact provides full connector performance functionality at the individual contact level. This allows individual contacts to be placed in any location or position on a PCB.

The high-strength copper alloy contact is gold-plated to maximize reliability and signal integrity. The current offering includes three contacts covering heights from 1.00mm to 3.75mm. Contacts are supplied in tape and reel for easy SMT assembly.

This product is UL approved.
