KEMET announces PHA226 and PHH226 series hybrid axial and radial crown capacitors
KEMET’s PHA226 and PHH226 are conductive aluminum polymer hybrid capacitors with outstanding electrical and mechanical performance. The device has a polarised all welded design, tinned copper wire leads, and a negative pole connected to the case. The winding is housed in a cylindrical aluminum can with a high purity aluminum lid and high quality rubber gasket. The highly conductive polymer (PEDOT/PSS) system creates an electrical pathway between the anodic oxide layer and the cathode through a mechanical paper separator. The winding is impregnated with liquid electrolyte that results in self healing features of the capacitor.
