ZE064W Series Heat Resistance High Vibration Wire-to-Wire Connector
The ZE064W series are suitable and reliable in harsh environments due to the innovative design and the materials used. Withstanding temperature ranges of up to 125 °C; which satisfies severe automotive requirements that allow the connector to be placed near engine compartments. The ZE064W double-layer, 3-point spring contact design increases contact engagement and ensures stability in the contact area to withstand high vibration.
ZE064W is available in wire-to-wire form with applicable cables ranging from 20 – 22 AWG. Moreover, the female and male housings are available in both black and grey versions.
To complement our ZE05 series, the ZE064W series can be used in combination to meet IP67/IP69K standard of waterproof protection requirements. Along with the waterproof protection the ZE064W series key coding assures a poka-yoke feature when using multiple connectors. Furthermore, retainers are available and as a result a higher retention force can be achieved. The embedded retainer design provides a feature of terminal position assurance that ensures ease of mating and prevents partial insertion of the terminals in the housing.
