EM30MSD Series Lock System Connector

The EM30MSD series, is a high-current service plug designed for high amp applications.  
 
The EM30MSD series is suitable and reliable in harsh environments due to the innovative design and materials used. The connector ensures safety in high-voltage environments by physically disconnecting the circuit when unmated, protecting workers during maintenance operations. It features a vibration-resistant, multi-point contact design to control the contact resistance allowing high current capacity guaranteeing reliability in demanding conditions. With waterproof performance compliant to IPX8, the EM30MSD series offers robust durability even in harsh environments.  
 
The series features an interlock signal contact that functions as a safety switch to detect the mated state, adding an extra layer of security. Additionally, IPX2 contact touch protection provides safety to the operator by eliminating finger contact with the contacts. 
 
The EM30MSD series is provided with a plug and receptacle, while the signal sections use a separately sold GT8E connector. It is available in multiple variations, including options with tin or gold-plated signal contacts and versions supporting different mating durability levels.
