The PDQE20-D series is a family of 20W encapsulated isolated dc-dc converters packaged in an industry standard 1” x 1” footprint. These low-profile modules feature a 4:1 input voltage range and offer efficiency up to 91%. Housed in a compact DIP package and featuring a wide -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range, the series is suitable for convection-cooled equipment.
