Bourns announces SMF4C And SMF4C-Q series TVS diode for commercial and automotive grade applications
Bourns is pleased to announce the SMF4C and SMF4C-Q series low profile DFN3419 TVS solution in both commercial grade and AEC-Q101 compliant/automotive grade versions. These products were developed for power supply equipment, communications, data center and automotive applications. With these solutions, Bourns is addressing the challenge in the semiconductor industry to provide broader voltages as well as superior quality components.
The SMF4C and SMF4C-Q series TVS diodes in a compact DFN3419 package will be footprint compliant with most SOD-123 and SOD-123F packages, and are well suited for the protection of power buses and overvoltage transient protection for telecom, computer, industrial and consumer electronics applications. The SMF4C-Q Series is AEC-Q101 compliant/automotive grade.
