Bourns announces Riedon™ SSA-2 series shunt sensor

In line with our commitment to provide products with innovative designs, superior quality and exceptional value, Bourns® Sensors and Controls announces the release of the Riedon™ model SSA-2 series shunt sensor - Analog by Bourns.

The model SSA-2 series includes innovatively designed analog Hall Effect current sensors offering ±0.1 % sensing accuracy and ±0.1 % linearity over their entire current range, with low susceptibility to temperature drift.

This new product series is well-suited for a wide variety of battery-related current sensing applications including large-scale energy storage banks, renewable energy generation infrastructure, industrial motor drives, building automation systems and fuel cells.

  • 1500VDC reinforced isolation
  • Amplified differential output, ±2.5V peak
  • ±0.2% tolerance
