Bourns Riedon™ PF2472 series TO-247 power resistors

Bourns is pleased to announce the introduction of the Riedon™ PF2472 series by Bourns. The PF2472 series utilizes thick film technology, and is available in standard TO-247 packaging. This product offers low inductance, a power rating of up to 100W, a wide resistance value range from 0.1 ohms to 20k ohms and resistance tolerance options of 1% and 5%.

The Riedon™ PF2472 series by Bourns is ideal for current limiting, current measurement, snubber circuits, and capacitor discharge applications.
Industrial motor drives, power conversion, and battery energy storage systems are suitable for design-in. The PF2472 series strengthens the
Bourns® resistor portfolio by providing a rugged, high-power thick film resistor housed in TO-247 packaging, delivering 100W of heat-sinked
power, up to 700V operating voltage, ultra-low inductance (<50nH), and exceptional pulse handling, all with a precision ±1 % tolerance across a
wide resistance range.
