Bourns PTVS3-066C-TH series power TVS diode extension

Bourns is pleased to announce the extension of its PTVS3-0xxxC-TH high current TVS diode series. The new model PTVS3-066C-TH extends the series’ repetitive standoff voltage range by adding a 66V option.
